In the Fall of 2006 Dallas native, Kathryn Childers founded Muse, a ladies contemporary clothing boutique.  Good friends Ricki Bowman, Jennifer Cook, LeeLee Greenwell and Amanda Hinojosa worked with Kathryn to create a store filled with fresh new styles and the friendliest shop girls.  In November of 2007 Kathryn and Ricki decided to combine their individual styles and talents and became partners.  Muse was publicly recognized in the Fall 2007 Fashion Issue of Texas Monthly Magazine and featured in the December 2007 Issue of Lucky Magazine as one of the 50 best stores in Texas.   Muse has concreted their reputation in Corpus as a place of fashion forward  styles from New York to LA.  In February 2008 Ricki Bowman became sole owner of Muse after a bitter sweet realization that Kathryn and her husband were moving to Austin.  Ricki and Kathryn continue to collaborate their styles and love of fashion and will forever remain the best of friends.
